Hi All!
We are super excited to have you all come with us to the cat cafe next Friday (8th)! We are writting this quick email to let you know that, since space is limited and people are on the waiting list, we request you cancel with 24hr notice if you can no longer attend. If you are a no show with no communication, we might have to restrict your attendence to the next limited event. This might seem harsh, but these events cost money from our very small budget, and it's very sad to have people not come without word, which then does not allow waiting list people to attend. Even if you can't give 24hr notice, please tell us ASAP that you cannot attend, thank you!!
Please also note that transportation for this event is not provided. Please reach out to Tori (desenbev@oregonstate.edu) if this is an issue - she may be able offer carpooling.
DSC invites our community to come and enjoy a relaxing afternoon in the cat café before finals! DSC has reserved the café for 4-6pm. - This includes 75 minutes in the cat lounge, and 30 minutes in the café area. - Participants must arrive 10 minutes prior to the booking. - Max capacity is 10 people. Please let us know ASAP if you are unable to attend. - 1 beverage is included for each person. - Participants will receive 50% discount on snack and drink purchases. (not included in the reservation) - Everyone entering the cat room is required to remove their shoes and wear socks. - All participants must sign the cat lounge waiver form upon arrival. *Waiver is included in registration so you may go over it - you will need to sign it upon arrival at the café* - The cat café is accessible by wheel chair.
