Wesley is an avid outdoor enthusiasat with almost 1O years working in the outdoor education field. He has been a wilderness instructor all over the West, an environmental educator in national parks, a university outdoor program instructor, a local rock climbing guide, a mountain guide, and a dedicated snowboard instructor at Mt. Bachelor.



Wesley holds a Bachelor in Environmental Sustainability studies with an emphasis in Outdoor Leadership and is currently working on a Master’s degree in Outdoor Experiential Education with interests in sociology, child development, and how those topics intersect with the outdoor industry.

Jorge Aguilera Lopez

Jorge grew up in the Willamette Valley region of Oregon where he was first introduced to the great outdoors by exploring his local forests. Jorge has expanded his horizon of outdoor recreation through the outdoor leadership program at Oregon State University-Cascades. During his free time he enjoys rock climbing, whitewater kayaking, and trail running. Jorge helps empower his community through guided outdoor adventure trips and by setting a positive role model for the youth.
