Earth Day Forest Bathing and Nature Journaling

Join Cascades Adventures in connecting with nature on Earth Day and heading to the forest, spending the afternoon listening to nature and journaling.

We will be going for a short hike and finding a good spot to sit and observe. We will have some journaling ideas and books to draw inspiration from.

Bring clothing to hike in and be comfortable sitting, and bring a journal of some sort. Please email us if you don't have a journal, and we can make you one!

Cancellation & Policy Disclosures
We thank you for signing up for a trip and understand that you may have to change your plans after registering. Please cancel your reservation at least 48 hours in advance to allow others to attend the trip. Those not abiding by this policy will be subject to the Cascades Adventures Cancellation Policy posted on the website.
