This 3-Day UAV Mapping & Orthomosaic Model Building course is designed to teach students, researchers and industry professionals how to successfully capture aerial imagery using UAVs and process mission data into 3D models utilizing Pix4D.

Our proven delivery combines a dynamic smart classroom with hands-on training in the field. Learn to fly mapping operations in a real-world environment utilizing our fleet of modern aircraft including Wingtra, Skydio, and Parrot with RGB and infrared camera payloads. Participate in real-time mission planning, airspace authorization, risk analysis and data processing.

The CSU Drone Center has trained over 1700 pilots throughout our training programs. Participants come from all walks of life and all age groups, and all Drone Center classes are open to the public as well as students and affiliates. These are the drones you’re looking for!
