Morgan Schmidt (she/her) is a local community leader seeking collaborative ways to help everyone in Central Oregon thrive. She's lived in Bend for the past nine years: serving the community as an experienced facilitator, ordained pastor, and the founder of the Pandemic Partners mutual aid group. She currently serves as the Executive Director for the American Red Cross of Central & Eastern Oregon. On any given day you'll find her engaged in dialogue on important topics, failing to keep houseplants alive, saying hello to every dog she meets, and caring for her neighbors as best she can.
